Einkorn Loaf

Einkorn is an ancient grain and is less gluten than modern wheats. It can be a good option for those who might be sensitive to modern wheats. It has a unique, soft flavor and is usually a bit more dense than modern wheat breads.

Our Einkorn Loaf is not a sourdough loaf, since our starter is made with a modern, whole wheat flour.

Einkorn Loafs come as an 8x4in loaf either sliced or unsliced.
