Our Sandwich Loaf mimics the texture of commerical sandwich breads, but that's all. We take our Rustic Loaf and add honey to give it a slightly sweetened flavor and some olive oil to soften the crumb (and extend shelf life, if you really need it).
Our Sandwich Loaf comes as a 9x5 loaf and either sliced or unsliced.
